This delightful condo lies steps from Pelican Pier Marina on the Riverside Club property. A quick drive or walk to the nicest beaches in the area, Tigertail Beach and Marco Beach. Rent a boat, JetSki, kayak, or canoe from one of the nearby marinas and explore the surrounding waterways (or bike if you preferred to stay on land!). Stroll out to the end of the Riverside Club piers and enjoy some of the finest fishing in all of Marco. Grab dinner at the famous Snook Inn, located within walking distance of your condo!

This fourth-floor east facing condo is perfect for a romantic getaway with beautiful sunrises and dolphin watching right from your lanai! Things to Know

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Dock details: Dock access is available on-site. Guests must coordinate dockage and availability with the office.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great and relaxing stay.

Very relaxing, clean, and well maintained condo. Close to restaurants, stores, and beaches. I would stay here again.

Not great for kids

The unit was clean and the location was convenient, however, I would not recommend for kids. There are quite a few rules, especially in the pool area. My 8yo got reprimanded for having a La Croix too close to the hot tub and my husband was reprimanded for using a football at the pool with our kids. No one else was there to be bothered and the football was found within the toys provided by the property. Other rules include no inflatable pool toys, no food at the pool, etc. The front gate didn’t work. Prior to figuring that out, instructions to get in were nearly impossible to get from Vacasa. Overall we loved the island, but will not be returning to this property.

Spring break

This property was perfect for a relaxing spring break with kids. We had a blast at the pool, exploring the property and the island. There is so much to do and the beaches are stunning. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee and reading, a great place to relax and watch the boats go by. Highly recommend!

Nice condo. VRBO says this unit has a private washer/dryer. There is NO dryer, so bring quarters for the coin laundry located in the complex. This is our second year at Riverside Club, and we have booked a different condo for next year since this one was not available.

This condo was very clean. The view is wonderful. And the complex is great. We enjoyed our stay and would return. The listing includes a dryer but there is no dryer there. Coin op laundry down the hall was clean. We did not receive a gate pass from Vacasa for Checkin. Luckily we were able to sneak in the gate and the complex office was still open to help us.

Great condo but beware of residents

The condo was clean and well appointed with all the basics you would need for your stay. We loved being able to watch all the different boats go by from the screened in patio. If you plan to use the pool during your stay I would advise staying somewhere else. We were unaware of all the extreme rules this community has about use of their pool. It wasn't until the second day of using the pool and noticing a resident taking photos of us that a member of the office staff came out and informed everyone in the pool as to what was going on. We immediately complied with the rules once we were informed by the sweet lady from the office. If you read reviews from other condos in this complex you will realize this isn't an isolated incident and others have felted harassed by the full time residents.

We enjoyed our stay. A few things need to be clarified, tv operation, turn on fan in dining area, how to get in gate originally, the gate code didn’t work. Very nice property.

Nicely designed condo inside but building is older and place needs newer windows

Inside of condo was nicely updated. Bedroom needs curtains or room darkening blinds because it was like sleeping with lights on. Bed needs new sheets as they are really old. Outside of property was dated! Good location with everything in walking distance! A lot of construction being done so it was very noisy this week.

Lovely and Wonderful Place to Relax

We loved every moment we were there! The condo was sparkling clean with beautiful updates! The lanai was our favorite area; watching the boats go by and the gorgeous sunrises and evening skies. A perfect vacation on lovely Marco Island!
