Duur en afgelegen hotel
Dit hotel is erg duur voor wat je krijgt! Er zijn echt kleine kamers en tenzij je extreem veergeld betaald kijk je uit op een muur van de straat of appartement .het dakterras met restaurant heeft wel een mooi uitzicht, maar het eten is niet geweldig en ook duur. Het hotelpersoneel spreekt niet allemaal Engels en is weinig behulpzaam. Je krijgt echt weinig uitleg als je een vraag stelt. Dit is zeker geen aanrader

PRIMA HOTEL OP PRACHTIGE PLEK.
We hadden kunnen begrijpen dat als je naar dit hotel gaat dat hoog boven de baai is gelegen, dat dit te voet bijna niet te voet is te bereiken. Dus wij, vanaf het station met de metro naar Mergellina. Maar dan! Nergens was vermeld dat dit hotel in dit geval alleen te bereiken is met een kabelbaan. Kabelbaan? Inderdaad. Verdekt opgesteld vind je deze bij de boulevard in een soort kantoorpand. Maar we begonnen dus met lopen, wel bordjes met de verwijzing naar het hotel, en vragend. We werden meewarig aangekeken tot een Napolitaan, echt heel fijne mensen, aanbood ons met zijn auto, naar het Best Western te brengen. Gelukkig maar. Anders hadden we een klim gehad van tientallen meters. Maar daarna was alles prima in orde.

The hotel has a great view to the city. The rooms and breakfast are good but the people are not friendly at all, specially the reception staff.

View was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Dinner options at hotel restaurant were very limited. Wait staff seemed irritated we took more time than they wanted to look at the menu and decide. Front desk staff answered our questions and helped us get a cab, but they really didn't seem happy to do so. Nothing is walkable to this hotel. Overall the view and breakfast were great, rooms were nice, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent positon and view. Very good breakfasts. Dining good but limited menu. No proper bar in the hotel so we went to the one opposite, but that closed at 9 pm. The last funicular from Mergellina and its restaurants was at 10 pm, thereafter taxis had to be taken. Although the view from the terrace was spectacular, the view from my room was just a large wall!

Stunning room view! No dinner options and area in Naples is not great and super trashy. Staff could be friendlier. Our neighbors stayed up all night drinking and smoking on their patio..super noisy and rude.

Lautes Geräusch der Klimaanlagen die ganze Nacht hindurch (auch wenn die zimmereigene Klimaanlage aus ist). Es ist also nichts für Leute die nachts Ruhe erwarten. Die Putzfrauen nehmen sehr viel chemisches Putzmittel wodurch die Zimmer nach dem Reinigen sehr nach Chemie stinken und zwar auch noch abends. Beim Betreten des Zimmers musste ich deswegen husten. Das Zimmer eines Freundes in einem anderen Stockwerk hatte das gleiche Problem. Ich konnte das Problem jedoch mit Trinkgeld und einer bitte das Mittel in meinem Zimmer nicht mehr zu benutzen lösen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut, das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber für den Preis akzeptabel.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over many years. It has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. The views of the bay of Naples are stunning. The restaurant and roof top bar are very enjoyable.

I loved the gorgeous views from Hotel Paradiso looking over Naples and all the way over to Sorrento. It was quiet at night which was nice, and the food and drinks at the terrace restaurant were enjoyable! The only difficulty was that with the way the roads are in Naples, the location felt a bit far from the 'heart' of Naples. We really did enjoy our stay here after getting engaged in Rome, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.

The views for the seafront were amazing. The room was clean as well. Location is very hard to get to. Also some electrical issues there as well. When we checked in the lights were not working in the room. We had also arranged for a driver through the hotel. Somehow we were unable to find him and we were left taking a taxi.The pool is also an appointment only pool. So unless you book it you cannot utilize it.

Ikke slik som forventet. Badebassenget er veldig lite så det er egentlig som et lite barnebasseng. Det er kun to solsenger som er gjennomsivet av svette og veldig skitten. De har plassert en stor maskin i bassengområde som bråker verre enn å være i et fly. Pass på at du heller ikke får rom vendt mot denne siden. Da blir det lite søvn grunnet støy. Gardinene er ikke store nok så blir veldig lyst på rommet. Maten på restauranten leverer heller ikke etter hva som skulle forvente

My son and I stayed for our 18th and 50th birthday celebrations. Staff were ok but prior to arriving we were told we would get a complimentary bottle of champagne. That never arrived. Nothing special was done for our birthday's either. Also for 2 days I complained about our shower tray filling up to the max when taking a shower. It was repaired slightly but still filling up and we weren't offered to change our room or anything.

Fantastic with zero faults.
The stay was amazing, the great views, the bar and restaurant and the location. I want to say how amazing all the staff are and accommodating. One member of staff made our stay special so thank you to her, she’s the one who brought the champagne out to the pool and made the birthday celebration memorable.

The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location is not convenient for travel to Amalfi and other places. The room had issues. Very old and need to be remodeled, the guy at the front desk was not very friendly, he gave me a partial sea view room even though reminded him that I paid for full view sea view , there are tow huge building in front of this hotel to block the view and they still advertise it as full sea view, the view was the only reason I booked that hotel.
