We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would give this home 5 stars without hesitation. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described—it truly felt like a relaxing getaway from the moment we arrived.The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in effortless and comfortable. We especially appreciated how clean and well-prepared everything was, along with the thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel welcoming and easy to enjoy.Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and proactive, which we really valued during our stay.Overall, this is a fantastic property and we would absolutely stay here again. Communication and AC issues

I never leave reviews if Im not impressed. But this was our first time renting a house, and it was nice for the pool , the canal,and the amount of bedrooms etc. But, we were left without any way to communicate with the owners and the AC was not working (master bedroom never worked and was 85 some nights, the main house stopped working 1 day before we left) it got 80 and no one could sleep. The units look very old. (One of our family members works in the HVAC industry )There were other issues that we would have overlooked had the AC worked or the owner was able to be reached to get us some help. But no way to reach them, and our VRBO messages went unanswered until just before we left. I asked for a partial refund, and of course, that went unanswered as well. (They reimbursed the 30 for the empty tank of propane we had to go to town to get exchanged after it ran out after a few minutes, but that’s not a refund.) The home was nice, but the floor plan may not work well for some situations, walking through one bedroom to access the master and bath. The location was great for us. Oh and Bring your own wash cloths too.

Beautiful home with your own pool in a quiet neighborhood

The owner’s communication was excellent. She called us right back to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for taking a family walk. The restaurants are nice and close but I wouldn’t recommend walking along the highway. It’s a short drive to grocery stores and whatever else you need. If you are looking for loud obnoxious beach bars then you are in the wrong place. Naples is an older population in a beautiful clean area without the riffraff. Go to the panhandle if you want to party.

Everything was perfect

I stayed with my wife, two young children, my brother and parents for a week over Christmas New Years. We had everything we needed here including kitchen supplies and grill, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, and even pool toys, beach toys and beach chairs. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed the wildlife by the water behind the house. We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Girls trip

We absolutely loved this house. Great location. Beautiful area. Lots of restaurants and beaches near by. The house had everything you could need. Pool area was superb. Kitchen was amazing. The owners were so easy to work with and responsiveness was incredible. We will be back next year for sure! Only 2 downfalls, spa did not have strong hot tub like jets, and you had to walk through one bedroom to exit your bedroom unless you went out the lanai pool area. We are all great friend but if it were couples this would have been uncomfortable.

Inconsistent Comfort: A Mixed Experience at our Golf Getaway

Our stay at the house was generally satisfactory for our group of four adult males on a golf trip. The property had most of the essentials, yet we encountered a couple of inconveniences. Unfortunately, the house lacked propane and a wine opener, prompting the owner to request that we purchase these items ourselves. This was a departure from our past experiences with VRBO, where owners typically went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Furthermore, we experienced difficulties with the pool and spa amenities. The spa heater seemed to be permanently set at 88 degrees, and the jets were non-functional. Although the spa eventually reached 102 degrees on our last day, the ongoing issue with the jets persisted throughout our stay, detracting from our overall enjoyment.

Family getaway

The family and I had a great time. Wish we could stay longer. Beautiful house inside and out. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and has many useful items. Supermarket, shopping center and beach are all close to the property. The property owner communicated well. Definitely recommend.

Great and beautiful location in Naples , FL. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and enjoy your walks. The property was clean, specious and tastefully furnished. It has all the essentials for the stay. Beautiful backyard and view. You can sit in the backyard and enjoy the sound of birds and frogs. Property owner was always available and helpful. Property 5 minutes away from one of the best beaches we experienced in Florida “ Vanderbilt Beach”.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Naples by far has been the most beautiful place we have stayed. It was quiet and the beaches are amazing. The pool at this home was great for kid entertainment. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The showers and water pressure are perfect. There was everything needed for fun on the beach. Thank you, we will be back!

Over all nice stay and lots of pool/beach items

We had an overall nice stay at this place. The location was nice In a private residential area. The private pool was nice, however it was heated to 70 or 75° and it cost extra 150 to heat the pool warmer. The Jacuzzi for hot tub was the same temp as the pool, so not hot or even warm. Probably not a big deal, but I did not realize that. There were lots of places to sit a nice big table to eat meals and a grill to make food on. The TVs were nice and came with Disney Plus and Netflix. One thing we were not aware of was that the bedrooms that had the king beds were not private. They were walk through for others to use the bathroom. Also one of the king bedrooms didn't actually have a door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. That was probably the most disappointing thing, the bedrooms weren't private. Other than that the people were accommodating and there were lots of extras so you were happy at the beach and by the pool. There was even an extra wagon they purchased when I asked about a stroller. There are lots of towels and a washer and dryer to keep the towels clean. Lastly, there were two kayaks that are shown in the pictures that we thought we were going to be able to use, but they said they were off limits.
