Beautiful location and great corner unit. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The unit has super comfortable beds (including the sofa sleeper) and has everything we needed for our stay.

The location was close to the beach, and the view looked just like the pictures. Unit was clean and very thankful for the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler. Memorable was walking down each night to catch the sunset.

Great location near a popular beach with great views right front the unit. The unit was very clean, which is tough when you are so close to the beach. Generally a comfortable place to stay, although all the doors are slatted (not uncommon for Hawaii) but it does not cut out much sound, so if you are traveling with young children or people sensitive to noise, it can be a bit of an issue. Not a dealbreaker, but made sleeping more of a challenge for our 2 young children.

Vacation getaway to rest

The unit itself is beautiful and clean, with easy access and convenience to everything we enjoy in Maui. The cross breezes in this corner unit were divine. Check in/out is simple and independent. Unit has washer/dryer and we appreciated that! Well stocked and very good condition kitchen, as well. Sliders a little difficult to use, and twin bed was hard. The structure itself has very thin walls (e.g., can loudly hear the upstairs units and when they run their water) and the property management does not seem to enforce quiet hours (?) as rowdy kids (we have kids ourselves) from other parties were making a whole lot of noise around the properties by 6:45am and waking everyone up till about 9:30am when they quieted or departed. This unit is right by the road, so there is a lot of traffic noise, but closing the windows helps to cancel the noise. Thank you for a nice stay.

Perfect Location for our Family!

Loved the unit and the location...Napili is beautiful! Would stay here again! Only negative is the parking was not close to the unit so bringing in groceries and luggage was a bit of a walk for 2 family members with knee issues. But overall, loved it!

Nice property - poor AC. Sleeps 4 comfortably, not 6.

We’re wrapping up our 2 week stay with 4 adults and 2 teens (ages 13 and 16). Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would like to point out a few things: - AC has an owner lock that would not let us go below 72 degrees. 72 was not comfortable for our group and we had crappy sleep the first couple of nights. We requested the management company override the lock and lower it to 70. At first they said no, but I pleaded with them and they finally said yes. When they came, they adjusted 1 thermostat in the main living area, but not the bedrooms. I had to call them again to come back and lower the temps in the bedrooms. By night 3 we got the temps comfortable. At times the AC struggled to stay at 70. - the property is advertised as sleeping 6, but 2 have to sleep on the sleeper sofa. Our 2 teens tried it one night and did not find the sleeper sofa comfortable. Things we liked: - Love the ground floor access - Great views of lanai and sunsets - management company was responsive - Beach chairs and umbrella were handy

Amazing Views

Loved the views from private lanai & windows in this unit. Mostly quiet except for some vehicle noise in bedrooms heard from nearby street. Air conditioner acts as white noise to nicely cover this at night. This was our 5th stay at Napili Point - we're totally spoiled & never stay anywhere else on Maui!

Private condo in a little slice of paradise

The condo was in a great location, beautifully decorated, well stocked and the management company was wonderful about reaching out upon arrival and throughout the stay. The pictures were nice but the condo showed up even better in person. The Bay immediately in front of the patio, Napili beach walking distance, and whale watching from the patio made this condo even more special.

Great condo!

Check in person not very friendly. Seemed like I was bothering her to get parking pass. Condo very nice. Washing machine needs attention - VERY loud on spin cycle. Everything else was great. Condo is very nice and well taken care of. Great location. We would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to anyone going to Maui.

Quiet End-Unit Getaway

Wow, was this place what we wanted. Great layout with private master suite and gorgeous upgrades throughout. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed for our family meals every day. The numbers on the oven dials were worn off, which made it a little difficult to control temperature on stove, but was doable. High quality furniture, comfortable beds, and a beautiful lanai to relax on. Loved being on the end because it felt very private and we had easy access down to the grounds via the "surfers walk" to the side of the unit. No building was over 2 stories tall which made for a relaxing non-resort getaway feel. And just steps from great snorkeling in Honokeana Cove. You will have a tough time not enjoying yourself here.

One of our best trips

Aloha:) We had a marvelous trip and found the unit exactly as advertised. So comfortable and love that end spot (private) location. The interior is a steep upgrade from the unit we had last year, you all have done a great job with the furnishings and amenities. We used most of the provided beach gear, the extra chairs we great and we really appreciated having a small cooler for beach drinks and snacks. This is a bigger unit than we regularly book as we had our son and DIL with us and there was ample room for all of us. The views are show-stopping and the entire trip was peaceful. Thank you. Also, we had a couple of minor issues in the first couple of days that they were remedied so quickly, we hardly knew y'all were in there. Thank you for a memorable visit.

Overpriced and is just okay

Overall this place is okay but it comes with a hefty price tag. In summary: this is managed by some investor who is putting in the bare minimum and looking to capitalize on high profits. Can't blame them, but honestly, I will never stay here again or recommend it. It checks off a lot of boxes, but at pretty low quality. You'd be better off camping. Location: It is "walking" distance to Napili beach, but you either have to walk through an extremely overgrown jungle/trail or walk the street (both are not pleasant). The snorkeling is excellent right next to this unit, but I would rather do a day trip than stay here again. It has a great ocean view minus the fact the grass is half dead (not photo worthy) and painful to walk on. Yes, you are by The Gazebo (breakfast place with long line that's not really worth the wait) and honestly, if you are reading this review, you will be better off staying in that complex so you can actually get real beach access. Inside: The unit checks off for having all the bare minimums for being a VRBO. All the kitchen supplies are your typical cheap and half-broken junk. Not to mention half of the dishes were still dirty when we arrived, so I got to enjoy part of my trip cleaning up nasty utensils. Half the furniture in the pictures is inaccurate and was honestly a bit disappointing. They must have recently changed out the couch and the old one in the photos looked better. The sink area smells like something has been rotting there for a decade and is once again very poorly maintained. Overall the cleanliness of this place was disgusting. You can tell they pay for the absolute cheapest labor when it comes to repairs. Management: You get a lot of emails from their automated system (like I said this place is built for profits, not your satisfaction). You have to go to the front office for initial check-in and the staff is unfriendly. Staff will aggressively let you know that they do not manage or are affiliated with this unit (such a pleasant way to be greeted on vacation). For the price of this place, there are much better locations and units. Disappointed we chose this one for our trip :(

Maui vacation

We loved Napili Point! It is an amazing location for a Maui vacation. We enjoyed snorkeling in the peaceful cove, walking the coastal trail, the proximity to beautiful nearby beaches/cliff jumping., and even a great local grocery and coffee shop less than 5 minutes away. The view from the villa is just as pictured and perfect for capturing sunsets over Molokai, either from the small patio or within a short walk to the water’s edge. The villa itself was spacious for our family of 4 and nicely updated. Highly recommend The Gazebo breakfast experience. It’s is a short walk away and worth the long line! We will definitely consider this spot for future Maui trips!

Our 3rd stay at Napili Point

This was our 3rd stay at Napili Point and we loved it again! The condo was perfect for our family. Lots of room for everyone and wonderful views. The condo was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. We will be back!
