Country House 'David' with Private Terrace and Garden

Located in Nantiat, Limousin, this 70 m² country house welcomes up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double beds and 1 with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker, and you can enjoy meals in the dining area. Amenities include a TV, a fan in every room, washing machine, electric radiators throughout, and a wood stove in the living room. The house is all on one level, with step-free access and interior. Breakfast is included and features local herbs, homemade jams, and fruits and vegetables from the garden. Families will appreciate shared toys and books for children and a communal playground.



Outside, your private garden is set in a half-hectare orchard of walnut and fruit trees, perfect for letting children play safely. The uncovered private terrace and barbecue are ideal for outdoor dining, while a pétanque court under large trees offers moments of relaxation in a peaceful setting.



Two parking spaces are available on site, along with a bike storage room. Airport and train station transfers are available on request for an extra fee. Events are not permitted.



The house is surrounded by the typical Limousin countryside—forests, meadows, streams, and livestock farms—perfect for hiking or cycling. Lake Saint-Pardoux is just 15 minutes away and offers many water sports, horse riding, and cycling routes. Pets are not allowed in the house, but horses can graze in the meadows.
