'Unkompliziert.'

'Schönes altes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Leider war es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr kalt in Swakopmund (Nachts nur 6 Grad), dadurch war es leider auch sehr kalt in der Wohnung, da es außer einem kleinen Heizlüfter keine Möglichkeit gab, die Wohnung warm zu bekommen und der kalte Wind durch die Fenster kam. Die Lage war optimal, zu Fuss war alles an Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.'

'I booked via Expedia but when I arrived at the property the security guard at reception knew nothing about me or the booking. I was the 2nd person whom this same thing happened to. I ended up staying somewhere else because I could not access my room. shocking service, These people shpudl be kicked off Expedia instead of messing people around.'

'Sehr individuell, nette Gastgeber, nachts leise.'

'The Apartment is amazing, and must be one of the best on the beachfront. Easy walking distance to the Beach, to the Tug and Jetty Restaurants and to good bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with great furnishings and well looked after. I'd definitely stay there again anytime. Negatives were small, like the TV was not big and the wifi slow, but we did not really spend that much time using those in any case. The patio with Garden is great to sit outside in and have drinks and...

'The property manager, Shantelle, was excellent and quickly reacted to fix the problems I had with the apartment. The gym isn't much, but there is a full gym about a 2 min walk away that offer day passes. What you are really paying for with this property is affordability conveniently location within the CBD. '

'We spent the month of Feb here. It was perfect for us to explore the city in the mornings and relax by the pool in the afternoons. Furniture was comfortable and all appliances worked well. We never did rent a car, as most of Windhoek’s sights were within a 20 min walk, and the grocery store and many restaurants were within a 10-min walk. Safe neighborhood. Lastly, you will never find a VRBO host as helpful and responsible as Franklin. Thanks for a great experience!'

'Large well equipped apartment on the ground floor.'

'The host was great. Clean, secure with great parking. The area around the VRBO had everything you might need within walking distance. Thanks. I will stay again in a heartbeat.'

'There are no curtains in the one bedroom. Not only is it possible to see into the room from the common area but the lights in the common area are bright and are on all night. Renovations to the shower/toilet are good but there are persistent leaks onto the floor from the plumbing. These were attended to twice during the stay without elimination of the problem. The accommodation is secure and close to amenities with the property managers attentive notwithstanding the above issues.'
