'Hotel is erg mooi, wifi vakt af en toe even weg maar us in general ok. Staff erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk'

'I extended my stay at this hotel. It's right in the middle of downtown, across from Nakuru Station and near the matatus stands. My room was by the window, so I could hear the sounds of the city outside while looking out at the hills and mountains in the background — it all felt like part of the experience. The hotel was clean, well maintained, peaceful. The staff were consistently kind, thoughtful, and graceful. Breakfast was included with every night’s stay and offered excellent value....

'The shower had a minor issue but the room wqs clean and the general ambience of the facility was very hospitable. The breakfast was also good'

'Encore was awesome in everything.A destination for enjoyment, peace of mind not to mention the service from each and every employee was far above their call duty. My wife and I love encore Nakuru. We'll most definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel a the destiny hotel in Kenya.'
