Villa's in Nainamadama

'Tried calling the property in the morning on the day of checkin to inform our arrival around 10:30 pm, no one answers. The phone number listed on google is infact out of service. Tried few times on the other numbers incould find no answer. Then Inarrive around 10:30. Noone is there, propety is locked. Spent 1 hour trying to find with two kids around midnight how to check in. Went outside community found a guard he gave us a number. Called that number and some ladybtells us that they are closed...

'Ok - where do I start! The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect. There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...
