Villa's in Naguabo

'There are not enough words to describe the experience we had in Puerto Rico staying for 10 days with our host, Ruben. The property itself is so beautiful with the best view and you can see how much care he put into his home. Ruben made our trip even more special as we were treated as family. 'The location is great for the East side of the main island. There are several great beaches close by, the rainforest was easy to get to and we were not far from the Ferry.It is a great condo with lots of space. The outdoor area was very nice and had a view of the ocean down to the marina.We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Puerto Rico!'

'We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. 'Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host.'

'We enjoyed our stay overall and the location was beautiful and peaceful. However, there are a few things that I feel need improvement, especially when it comes to security. The entrance door does not have a lock, and the outside gate remained open all night, which made us uncomfortable because it seemed like anyone could walk directly into the village/property.
