Vani Vilas Luxury Villa is a unique holiday home nestled in a serene layout of Mysore. Set on a 1200 sq ft plot, it features 2 cozy rooms with a separate kitchen—ideal for privacy. The house is located in a newly developed layout by the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA), on a 30X40 ft plot along a 30 ft wide road. With only a handful of houses around, the area offers a peaceful, nature-filled setting with abundant sunlight and clean, fresh air.

Bedrooms:
It's 2 bedrooms & 1 kitchen and the spacious living area. One bedroom is equipped with an attached washroom, and the other one is not.
Having a common washroom and one additional Indian toilet with some space in the passage for freshening up the fabrics in the washing machine.

Hot water:
Despite having a solar system built to provide hot water, both restrooms have electric geysers.

Securing all windows with mesh to enjoy fresh air without insects.

The entire house (First floor) is exclusively yours during your stay! However, we request you to allow our caretaker brief access whenever required. It could be cleaning or filling water to the overhead tank, etc.,

There is an outdoor toilet with an Indian-style commode and an instant geyser. A washing machine is also available here. If using it, please carry your own detergent and fabric softener.
