Imagine awakening to the sound of gentle waves lapping against the shore as the first rays of sunlight filter through your window. The Penthouse offers unparalleled luxury and stunning views of the ocean, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

We present for your consideration a premier unit in Baywatch: This direct Oceanfront Penthouse provides exceptional views and luxury. Upgrades for 2024/2025 include brand new granite countertops, beds, updated curtains, and new living and dining room furniture. Additionally, a new washer and dryer unit was installed in 2023, a feature not commonly found in most Baywatch condos.

Further enhancements include larger televisions, hardwood floors, comfortable bedding, a newer air conditioning and heating unit, fresh paint throughout the condo, new pots and pans, and four new queen beds, two in each bedroom. It can host up to eight individuals, with a maximum of six adults.

The accommodation consists of two private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors that provide access to a stunning ocean view. Guests will benefit from three HDTVs offering numerous channel options, complimentary local and long-distance calls, wireless internet access, and numerous other amenities.

The 600-foot oceanfront pool deck features a comprehensive range of amenities, including two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a large outdoor lazy river, an indoor lazy river, four indoor hot tubs, three outdoor hot tubs, and kiddie pools both outdoors and indoors.

Additionally, Flip Flops, the oceanfront pool bar and grill, offers frozen drinks and a variety of grilled options while providing live entertainment. Guests can also enjoy two on-site restaurants, a sports bar, a summer outdoor cabana bar, an exercise room, and a game room. Gracious and responsive host.

The rooms were all we could ask for. Privacy if wanted but space for togetherness if desired. Great views, efficient and fully working elevators, and tvs that work with easy controls. I would book tomorrow if i knew when the family would be table to go. Thanks Brian. It was much needed and fully appreciated.

Besides better weather we couldn't have asked for more. Brian has an amazing place with a great view. He is excellent at communicating as he reached out to us several times to ensure our happiness with the stay. Would definitely book this rental again!

This was the first time we had been back to Myrtle Beach in a few years and it did not disappoint. The condo was very spacious and clean with fantastic views. Not only that, but it was in a great location as well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This unit is lovely. The check in process was very easy with no need to stop at another location or go to the front desk. We were even sent helpful videos for how to use everything! The rooms were great and the owners included all the supplies we needed. The kids loved the beach, the various pools, and enjoyed the Italian ice stand every single day! The location is very close to Barefoot Landing and grocery stores. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

5 Stars Says It All!!!

Pics and description were spot-on, the rooms were great and the views spectacular. We loved all the rooms, spacious, clean, well taken care of. Had 4 adults in party and there was plenty of room and all amenities were provided. Had 2 parking spots in garage, and it's a nice garage. Pools were great and plenty of them. Everywhere was very clean, elevators fast and relatively uncrowded. Tried all 3 restaurants and ice cream shop, they all were nice. WiFi great. Appliances super nice. Just a great place and plan on visiting again. Brian is super nice and informative, and unobtrusive---the perfect host!

Our stay was great until the last day.

While the condo was just as described, we had a terrible last day - as we found out it was motorcycle week, and the person in the condo next to us decided to blast (our walls shaking) music from approx. 5 pm until 4 am the next morning. (and music probably continued, but we decided to head home early due to our lack of sleep due to this situation). Our condo, while on the 19th floor, you could also hear motorcycles and music this far up. Just wished we were given a heads up when we booked that this event was happening this week, as we may have booked a different week. We talked to another condo owner who said they don't rent their unit out during this yearly event, now I know why. While all this was not the owners fault, just felt this should have been mentioned, as they knew this could bring crowds/noise. Especially since we were warned from the condo owner about minor items from this resort that could result in fines, such as leaving sandy shoes in hallways or leaving towels hanging on balcony.

The entire process from start to finish is a pleasure! The penthouse 1912 is everything you want. Clean; modern, competitively priced; and close to EVERYTHING. You will never be disappointed in renting this unit. It’s a special place owned by special people who will treat you better than you can ever imagine.

We had a wonderful time enjoying sunrises from the front of the balcony to the beautiful ocean waves. The place is beautiful with an abundance of everything you would ever need in the kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Love the penthouse views of the ocean. Excellent location off 28th Ave in North Myrtle Beach. Indoor pools and hot tubs need work. Management need to make their presence known. Outdoor pools and hottubs were A+. Alot of things to do for kids and adults.

Amazing time!

We had such a great time….even with Hurricane Idalia coming our way. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed, even books to read at the beach. The pictures posted are exactly what you get. We had 5 adults and the condo is big enough that we didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other. There are 2 restaurants and a little beach bar that we frequented often. So fun! Brian was definitely informative and responsive to any questions that I had. I am sure we will return again and would recommend this condo to my family and friends.

Great time in the penthouse!

My daughter and I stayed in the penthouse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views from the balcony. I enjoyed starting out the mornings on the balcony listening to the waves crash and the sunrise. Comfortable couches and beds were great to have along with plenty of channels to throw something on the TV once we were in for the night. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean, the four elevators were some of the fastest ones I've ever been on which if you're going to the penthouse is great! It literally took just a few seconds to go from the penthouse to the ground floor or vice versa! Plenty of pools inside and out, the large outdoor heated pool was my daughter’s favorite! A couple days were rainy and it was comfortable hanging around the condo playing games there. The owner called me on the way there to let me know that the cleaning person let him know that a bulb might have burned out in the fridge and to let him know if that was true once we arrived, fortunately we found the lights working in both the fridge and freezer. Nice that even a small detail like that was cared about for our stay.

Amazing vacation

Everything was perfect. Brian communicated with me through the whole process- answered all my questions very quickly. Even gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants. He gave us thorough instructions about the property, check in process, even how to work the locks and let us know when the cleaning crew was finished so we could check in early. He was amazing to work with. The area was perfect for us. We enjoy less crowded areas. We were always able to find a good spot on the beach during the day, and open spots at the pool early evening. But even the pools didn’t seem overly crowded during the day. The resort itself was great. My daughter enjoyed the pools late afternoons /early evenings- made a new friend every time, while my husband and I listened to a band and had some food or drink. The area itself wasn’t too busy but close enough to the boardwalk and the more hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach that you can easily drive there without missing anything. And the condo was perfect, very clean, had all the necessary amenities with a breathtaking view. It was everything we needed for a recharge and relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Myrtle Beach.
