Overall the stay was okay. Enjoyed that it was walking distance from the beach and it was roomy for our group. Loved the amount of rooms and bathrooms. There were some negatives though unfortunately. The carpets are absolutely disgusting. Furniture was run down and gross. The walls are paper thin. I traveled with a group and stayed on the third floor. I could hear some people just coughing on the first floor... with my bedroom door shut. The washer and dryer sound like they are about to blast off and you can of course hear that in the entire house too. The showers don't get hot whatsoever, lukewarm max, and the pressure isn't great. The sheets are so scratchy and the beds are very hard and squeaky.Parking is terrible for a place that can hold as many people as it does. Overall, I am disappointed for the price we paid for a poorly kept place. Pictures are definitely deceiving. This is a yearly thing for us as we go down for sports, but we will not be booking here again. If there's a different place in this price range you are looking at- I recommend going to that place instead.
