Please Note: There are no pets, grills, or fireworks allowed on the property. Do Not Bring Large Trucks or Oversized SUV Vehicles. If you must bring that type of vehicle, overflow is available at Thomas Beach lot on Sea Mountain Hwy. Each unit is authorized two parking spaces. The designated/marked units can be found on P2 (Floors 9-12) and P3 (Floors 4-8) and the unmarked units are found on the ground floor and P1. We ask that everyone use the designated/marked space first. before using the second unmarked space. No overhead storage is allowed in the parking garage due to height restrictions.
