Couldn’t sleep because of people slamming doors and the walls being paper thin. A lady at the front desk was being rude towards my partner for letting her know that our room smelled of weed by saying “there isn’t anything she could do about it” then immediately stating we couldn’t get a refund when we didn’t ask for one in the first place.

Great price for a good sized room! I got the cheapest, with no view, but easily got view by walking outside my room!!! Well worth the little I paid. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My large, newly updated room could have been easily made into an efficiency apartment! Definitely will reserve again when I visit next year!!! The only bad was the elevator. Extremely slow, and I can't do stairs.

The manager would not communicate with myself or Expedia, in fact hung up on Expedia, twice. Moderate threat to leave after I complained and a homeless man set up a small tent on the beach. At 1am that was a surprise. Terrell and the front desk were fantastic, truly. The GM is half my age of 45 and he had zero interpersonal skills. I stayed 5 hrs and they REFUSE to give me a refund, I never even took a shower or sat on the bed. Look further, look more. I highly do not recommend this property whatsoever.

My room was clean but the staff was very slow about getting us clean towels. I asked on one day and had to go bk the next day and ask a second and third time before we got them. The internet was so terrible we never did get any thing connected to it. We called about that and it was no help. The pool at the neighboring hotel was an eye sore for us for our balcony view. It had a smell and it was green so every time we stood on the balcony it was terrible.

Didn’t know it was a 150 holding fee until checking in. Had no wash clothes only 3 towels. So had to go buy some. Couldn’t receive any because we was told house keeping didn’t leave any. Doors did not lock properly so I couldn’t really sleep knowing it was easily to get in. Had no iron had to go buy one. Was told their irons are broken. Room was full of nets. Where you couldn’t eat or cook. Brought bug spray it helped a little. Wasn’t oceanfront at all which I booked for one. Overall I will never come back here.

I was very unsure due to the look of the place from the outisde. But it honestly was not the worst place. We had an oceanfront view with a relatively clean room and a very nice shower! This is not a place of luxury but definietely not a bad place if you are on a budget. Just keep in mind it is cheap, and there are a slew of cheap hotels nearby, which means the beach is a bit more crowded. Overall, not a bad experience and i definitely would stay here again if i am in need of a cheap get away.

We were there long enough to put our luggage in our room and seen roaches in the shower. Huge roaches outside our room by the door. When we mentioned it to the front desk they made a comment that it was just sprayed the day before and that’s probably why we were seeing them. Our bed sheets were dirty. We had no towels when we got there and the next day we needed more and didn’t get any for 24 hours because they didn’t have any clean. All you smelt all day every day was marijuana. Gave us the wrong room and would only refund us $20s. We’ve stayed at motels better than this place. Worst place we’ve ever stayed at.
