This condo starts off with two cozy bedrooms, then leads you to an open kitchen, seating aplenty at the dining room table and last, ta-da! — sweeping ocean views from the full-length balcony. Better yet, you’re just a few steps to sinking your toes into the soft sandy shores. This gated community is amenity filled. Sporting 2 indoor pools, 3 outdoor pools with the oceanfront pool now heated year around, 1 indoor/outdoor heated pool, a huge playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, putting green, a 375 ft lazy river, kids waterpark, 3 health spas that include hot tubs, sauna, and steam rooms, workout gym and of course direct beach access just steps away, plus more .. all at no extra cost. Building has its own set of elevators or you can take the stairs just 1 flight up for easy access.

Enjoy the outdoor seaside tiki bar and grill, the QuarterDeck, for great food, drinks, and often nightly music/karaoke!!

The new balcony seating gives you a great view of the morning sun over the beach while sipping your morning brew. With sliding door access, you can head straight into the best stocked kitchen to whip up a meal or into the living room to curl up with a book. This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine from complete cookware to cooking spices and amenities not typically provided in other rentals. You’re invited to pass around homemade dishes at the lovely dining table with seating for 6. If the chef’s not in the mood to cook, you could chow down on burgers at the Quarterdeck or order delivery.

The living room provides new luxury couches and recliners for all to unwind after a full day on the beach, the largest can also convert to a queen bed with a tempur-pedic mattress. You can opt to surf the net, do online work or game on our private 1 gig wifi or watch a movie on the 60" Smart TV. Need something to do on those rainy days? We have board and card games for all ages, a DVD movie library, and the biggest indoor swimming pool of the complex, located in our building.

When bedtime approaches, you can happily head to the surfer's bedroom, which features twin beds with new luxury mattresses, your own Smart TV, closet, tower fans and storage. There's a guest bathroom nearby to share a with those sleeping on the queen pull-out couch.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with a new luxury mattress, plenty of clothing storage, closet, tower fan, attached full bathroom and a 55" Smart LCD TV.

Excellent place, Close to beach, Loved it

For starters, the Host Bud was amazing. He is by far the most responsive Host we have had on any trip. The answers were very detailed, and he left nothing out of his answers. He was very helpful to get the information we needed, and went above and beyond to get my family what we needed. Then there is the room, beautiful. The room was clean, nice, and close to the beach. We enjoyed every second of our stay. My son was so sad when it was time to leave. We are already talking about when our next trip can be, and we will definitely be staying here again if its not booked.

Great property to stay and enjoy the beach with family.

I’ll start off by saying this condo has EVERYTHING you need in it! The property owner Bud was super informative and very communicative. We are a family of 4 (8 and 10 year old boys). We enjoyed the cleanliness and well thought out layout of the condo. It really was a great experience. I was on the fence about going to Myrtle Beach but after staying in this condo in Myrtle Beach Resort, I won’t hesitate to return. Thanks Bud!

Memorable condo. This was our 4th visit to the MBR and it is by far the nicest condo we have had and will be very difficult to find better. As in the photos. Extremely clean, very welcoming and very comfortable. Nothing is missing, everything is there. Worthy of a 5-star hotel. The owners are very kind and attentive to our well-being. It is also very easy to communicate with them. We will definitely return and recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thanks to the owners.

My daughter’s 17th birthday trip

Everything was exceptional! The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed plus more like beach toys, chairs, a wagon to carry everything. There was even paper plates (cuz who wants to wash dished on vacation) and a complementary black wash cloth on the sink that said make up on it! I mean the literally thought of everything. It was the attention to detail for me. The 4 stars for the accuracy on the listing was because I was told the hot tub in our building wasn’t work but IT WAS! So that was actually a plus and the rental agreement said the parking passes were in the room but were instead given to us at the gate at check in and explain that the agreement just hadn’t been updated. No biggie. The communication was on point. They were alway very friendly and accessible and call to check in with us right before check in and check out to make sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic condo

Our stay was amazing. The condo was spic and span. The owner of the condo kept extremely good communication throughout our stay to make sure we were happy and everything went smooth. There was also a very beautiful view from the balcony which is always nice. My family has been staying at this resort for about 7 years and this condo is by far the nicest, cleanest, and most up to date one we have stayed in.

What an amazing unit. Rental was super clean upon check in. We absolutely loved all the decorations within the unit. Everything is beach themed and really feels like home away from home. Although we didn't use them there is a deck box full of beach chairs and random beach toys which is a great addition. Steps from the main pool and beach. Owner is highly responsive and we can't wait to say here again. 5 stars all the way.

You WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

I just absolutely loved the condo!!! All of my friends and family (if you knew them LOL) would tell you I'm a clean freak...like OCD level clean freak. Housekeeping did amazing! The condo smelled wonderful and clean when we entered and the bathrooms and kitchen, the two biggest areas I have problems with in some rentals, were spotless. I felt completely at home! Another perk is the laundry right by the room and the availability of cleaning supplies! Let's be real I have 3 kids and I do not want to be walking on sand in the condo. Being at the beach, it's almost unavoidable. But having the showers at the entrance and exits and the broom to clean up stray pieces has been perfect. And all the necessary utensils and kitchen wear to stay in to eat if we wanted! Finally, it was a huge relief to have the beach gear available. We were already packed tight in my SUV and that has saved room and frustration. And the amenities in the resort and the very quick walk to the beach was incredible! You will absolutely have bo regrets booking here and if all works out I’m hopeful to stay again!

Highly Recommend - I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could

Having stayed at MBR for many years, this condo was a pleasure to "discover". Our adult children and young grandchildren have many memories at a couple of condos. It was great to find this condo. Love the location, the condo itself and all the extras that we found. The owners were great to work with. It seems they have thought of everything to enhance our stay. Absolutely NO complaints. I have always utilized reviews and comments to choose a place to stay and I can't say enough good comments about our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated. It has nice plus appliances. The little extras: lotions, kleenexes, liquid soaps, so many bonuses that they weren't little to us! My grandchildren (college age) decided they wanted to re-live the memories from their childhood vacations here and MBR really delivered. We had a great trip. I hope to return next year, as well as a couple of Girl's trips in between! Again, I can't say enough positive comments! Highly recommend.

Our Vacation

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in. We have stayed at this resort for 41 years. This condo has a great view of the ocean, is right next door to the laundry room. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything and it has cleaning products. It also has a chest on the porch with beach chairs, toys and games. The owners are fantastic. All you need to bring is your clothes and toiletries.
