Free standing 2 bedroom, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation cottage located just off "Shore Drive" in the Guest Cottages community. Quiet, safe, and family friendly neighborhood, located approx. 100 yards/ .2 miles from the beach. The Guest Cottage community has 3 private neighborhood pools for guests to use.

This cottage features covered parking for 2 vehicles. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a spacious family room, laundry room, and kitchen (kitchen tools and appliances well stocked for cooking meals at home). The exterior amenities include a covered front porch, a lower level patio with picnic table and swing. The cottage has an outdoor storage room (stocked with beach and pool related items), a grill for outdoor use, and an outdoor washing area. The cottage is SMOKE FREE and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Located in the “Shore Drive” area, between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This area is commonly known as Restaurant Row. Convenient access to Hwy 22 and Hwy 31, 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The cottage is in close proximity to several major shopping centers, restaurants, theme parks, and golf courses.

You'll be within walking distance for the following: The Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, River City Cafe, Flip Flops Bar and Grill, Don't get it Twisted, Harry & The Hats, Finn McCools and many more local shops.

Contact us for specific rates by day, week, or for long term winter-rentals. Peak season options are limited to Saturday- Saturday rentals. Guests must be a minimum 26 years of age to reserve. NO pets, NO smoking on premises, NO EXCEPTION!

Great choice. Home was super clean, has security system, and minutes from the beach. They provided beach umbrellas, chairs, plus a beach wagon to haul it, although the beach is literally a 3 minute walk. Great location, beach is super clean, close to all kinds of restaurants.

The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The community was very quiet. Perfect location. We have been renting this cottage every year for over 5 years. It is always clean, hospitable, well stocked with everything that is needed and in a great location close to the Beach and other amenities. Highly recommend it! We will be back next year!

I stayed with my wife and 2 kids, 9 and 8. Everything from the check-in, location and extras provided was great. Everything we needed for cooking was provided and there was Keurig with pods as well. Very close to the beach and grocery stores but far enough away from the busy areas to be very easy to get around. We will stay again next year when we are in town.

Pleasant stay

The overall stay at the beach cottage was nice. Since no one was staying the night before we checked in, we were able to check in sooner which made our vacation more enjoyable. The cottage was well equipped with more than I planned for. Some of the food items are expired so I would double check that before using it :) The shower heads had mold so that’s my only compliant. Since they had all items handy, I was able to wipe it and go on with my business. The furniture was up to date and looked even better in person. I do wish the TV in the living room was a smart TV because cable can be difficult to navigate when the programming is out of sync. But overall, the stay was nice. Would recommend.

2023 Myrtle Beach Vacation

We have been coming to this property for over 5 years now and it works out wonderful for my family. The location is great and very accessible to the beach and pool.
