A stately house in its own lush grounds with little luxuries inside and out that every holiday maker wishes for, this is one dream home that guests won't ever want to leave. With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones can set themselves free. This captivating home lays in 1,500m2 outdoor area - with 500m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep), as well as special children’s pool compartment (0,50 meters deep). There is also a five- seater heated Spa Whirlpool next to the wonderful lounge area with fire pit for endless hours of relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas Griddle BBQ , with sink & fridge) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area.

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a children’s play house, a slide and swings) for our younger guests, a ping pong table and volleyball net to master your skills, inspiring adventure and

This captivating ground floor Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 130m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & three en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in a folding bed which can be provided upon request at the living room area. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.

Location Overview

Cresto Iconic Villa is located close to the village of Aggeliana, 5 minutes away by car, where guests can find a super markets taverna a cafe as well as a bakery. The sandy beaches of Geropotamos are just 5 minutes away from the villa by car. Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, just 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. It is ideal for children, as it is shallow and well protected from winds with piers, where the boats tie up. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
