'Het is een mooi hotel dichtbij het vliegveld. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon. De buurt was veilig en er waren een paar restaurants in de buurt. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het enige lastige vond ik dat er regelmatig niemand bij de receptie aanwezig was en ik wilde niet de hele tijd bellen om iemand te laten komen. Verder was ik zeer tevreden.'

'Inchecken bij accommodatie was snel gedaan. De toegewezen kamer had echter een defecte airconditioning. Hierdoor niet goed kunnen slapen. Wel iemand gestuurd om airco te repareren, maar helaas niet gelukt. De volgende dag kregen we een andere kamer met een werkende airconditioning. Kamer was ook netter schoongemaakt. Tapijt was schoner, vloer van balkon ook. Dus ons verblijf was niet vlekkeloos verlopen, maar bereidheid van personeel om te helpen en probleem op te lossen wordt gewaardeerd....

'Overall, my stay was very good and I really enjoyed the hotel. The facilities, service, and overall atmosphere were great. However, one major issue was that there was no air conditioning throughout the entire stay, which made it quite uncomfortable at times. If this were resolved, the experience would be nearly perfect.'

'Prima verblijf gehad. Als je aankomt na een (lange) vlucht, je hebt huurauto opgehaald dan is het een heerlijk hotel, vlakbij de airport. Flesje water op de kamer, fijne douche, goed warm water en een heerlijk ontbijt. Parkeren was inclusief. We hebben ook in het restaurant gegeten, het was echt prima en lekker, glaasje wijn erbij. In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar daar kwamen we niet voor. '

'Room is larger than expected, has all kitchen amenities for making a meal, AC is great and king sized bed was ver comfortable. If you have to check out in the middle of the night go to the front desk early. I had to wait 15 mins for someone to come down in the elevator to check us out around 2am. There is always a security person by the door to let you in and out and to open/lock the front gate at night! I recommend the hotel but I would not recommend walking at night time (take an uber) '

'Clean rooms, grievous friendly staff '

'The hotel looks more like a big home, and that's a big plus. I think 6 rooms all on the first floor (no elevator). Rooms are spacious and have all amenities you need. View from the window is depressing, but this hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and in that respect the view was not important to us. Shuttle service is included and works perfectly with an "normal" car (not a shuttle bus). The breakfast is simple (Guatemalan style) but sufficient.'

'Absolutely perfect spot to stay before our 5am flight. Impeccably clean... (could have essentially eaten off the floor...) Kind and accommodating staff... Incredibly convenient location... Comfortable beds and common spaces. Hot water for the shower! Great value. Highly recommend.'

'No había personal de manera física, entré de suerte a la casa ya que venían otras personas entrando. El jacuzzi no funciona. '
