Museo Casa Grande

Fijn hotel op een goede locatie! Het is jammer dat er geen waterkoker op de kamer staat om in alle rust een kopje thee of koffie te drinken. Desondanks kom ik hier de volgende keer zeker weer terug!

This was my first stay at the Hotel Emporio and must admit that I chose it because my usual hotel near the Zona Rosa was full. I stayed once on Paseo de la Reforma some years ago and found it too noisy. It was not the case this trip; the hotel is situated in a quieter zone and separated from noisy traffic. It is nevertheless a convenient location with MetroBus lines 1 and 7 about one block away. As for the property, it is a beautifully maintained building with much of the original décor intact. It has been updated, of course, with nice plumbing fixtures, air conditioning, WiFi, new beds. The personnel are super with special kudos to housekeeping.
