'The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and happy to help with tour suggestions and recommendations for good places to eat. Since we often returned late, we frequently saw Felix on the night shift. While everyone was welcoming and helpful, Felix stood out for all the assistance he gave us. He shared great recommendations, local insights, and useful tips that made our stay even better. We really appreciated his help!'

'An absolutely perfect hotel after trekking Inca trail for 3 nights backpacking and lack of showers. You can only imaging the sheer exuberance I had when I saw the hotel and met the staff. The breakfast was amazing. We were Upgraded to a better room with an amazing view of the Cusco. Wish we were there for another night!'
