'WAS NOT INFORMED OF ADDITIONAL; CHARGES ADDED TO MY CREDIT CARD WAS VERY UNHAPPY WHEN I DISCOVERED THESE No wonder the Hotel didn't give me a receipt upon check out I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

Dus dat hield me wakker. '

Parkeren tegen kleine vergoeding achter hotel. Top hotel voor bezoek aan Spokane.'

'Great location. OK breakfast incl. Scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall good. '

'Good location'

'Our room was huge. The king size bed was very comfortable, it had large pillows, two night tables had ample charging outlets. Decor was very unique, I loved it. Bathroom was huge as well, with a large walk-in shower, shower wand, lots of counter space around the sink. It was very comfortable, and accommodated all our needs. The heating unit on the wall takes about 10-12 minutes to start pumping air, but we didn't know that, and thought it was not working. A call to the front desk clarified it,...

'We visited Spokane and stayed here only one night. The hotel is nice with kind and helpfull staff. The room was clean and big enough for the four of us.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'It is clean and okay for the pricing. Only the airco is terribly loud what keeps you awake during the night. '
