'We loved our stay here! Only 10 minutes driving from downtown, and the motel itself was safe (including parking in a carport right next to your room), clean, spacious, and cute. We had a good night rest here. Plus, we loved the neon sign!'

'Hotel was great—someone had discarded a water bottle cap near our room and it was there the next day. Perhaps housekeeping hadn’t been by, yet, since we did leave quite early. There’s a very busy road right in front if the property—the road cuts diagonally through Santa Fe. The traffic noise was rather loud well into the night. I slept with my noise cancelling AirPods. They had Makeup wipes (!), lotion, soap and shampoo as a courtesy, plus a small regulator and coffee maker. Exactly what we...

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...

'They are in the middle of renovations... need I say more. A bit chaotic with stuff every where. Staff was great but there was no elevator, no rooms on the first floor and no breakfast.'
