'First time at this hotel. Would stay again. The hotel is beside the M62 we were in a room other side of hotel and didn’t hear the motorway at all. The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea & Coffee in room and a great little dressing table area. The hotel shares the car park with the Nags Head (which is a lovely pub great food) it’s also near a good Italians Da Sandro and Toby Carvery. Easy to get into town Huddersfield or Halifax. 'Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early.'

'Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel.'
