'Wonderful hotel and very attentive staff. The staff is what my stay enjoyable. When we arrived we had several problems. First, the room wasn't large enough to accommodate 3 adults. The staff upgraded us twice before we were satisfied. They blamed Expedia for this mistake. Of course this was for a cost. After having trouble finding the hotel, the parking was a disaster. Parking is on street, but there are restrictions during the day hours. We ended up accepting valet parking, but again...

'Really like that it is so close to everything. Shops , Supermarket , cafes, restaurants, the Cable car, Queens wharf. The railway station is only a 12 min walk as is the Stadium. On the down side , I would like to see smart TVs that provide access to TVNZ Plus and Three Now. It is not necessary to have Netflix that would just be a plus. Also I found the lighting very dim and difficult for reading.'

'This hotel except the location is not even a two star hotel. We were suppose to get an apartment met a kitchen. The kitchen is not more than a small square closet. The fridge in the lower part of the closet and the rest in the upper part. No space at all to prepare anything. The tv was placed in the sleeping room not in the living room. There was a sofa but facing a blind wall.. The nice lady in the reception didn't know about that and found it weird as well.'
