'Excellent location, magical room, decor felt like when ‘Harry Potter meets da Vinci’, very clean, excellent breakfast with nice coffee to order. I had a question about a late check-in and communication was fast en pleasant. All in all: a hidden gem. Very recommended! '

'Good place to stay everything Close'

'This is one of the best locations where we slept in Florence. It’s in the middle of the city, close to everything you would like to see or do. The appartement is in a small street and is a mix of old and new. Everything was perfect and the owners really think of every little thing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this gem in this great city. '

'🙌'

'Great staff. Very friendly. Great service and always helpful '

'We loved our stay at the Borgia Di Firenze!! Couldn’t ask for nicer staff! Everything was walking distance. The room was beautiful and comfortable.'

'Zeer fraaie locatie, hartje stad Florence. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed, uitgebreid, vol verse producten.

'The staff and location was excellent'

'Bye, my opinion not enough stuff, poor Kichin'

'Clean room and good location'

'Heel vriendelijk personeel, perfect centrale locatie.

'Amazing location'

'Truly accessible property with an elevator from the ground floor. Friendly check in. Room was nice and the bed comfortable. Nice roomy bathroom.'

'Typical Florence lodge - the total floor of an appartment block turned into a hotel with say 10 rooms. Usually much better price/quality ratio as formal hotels. This one was super-central on the 3rd floor, with elevator. High ceilings, spacious, good airco, clean. The minor disadvantage is that the check-in in such small places is not staffed all day and after 7 pm or so you have to enter using codes. That worked smoothly though. '

'Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room unfortunately didn’t have a window which felt a little strange, and the walk up several flights of stairs was a good workout. However, you step right out to a great local area for shopping and the staff was very attentive to anything we needed.'
