'The staff are fantastic. I notified a member of the bar staff that we had a booking and he got me checked in immediately, sorted our keys out for us and showed me the room. He gave me good detail about the hotel and the fire exits, door keys etc. The rooms are separated from the pub by a locked door that you're given a key for. This is very reassuring and secure. 'Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again.'
