Hôtel près de Musée d'histoire locale Willis Museum (Basingstoke)

« A well managed hotel which is part of a beautiful country mansion, Friendly and diligent staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms with lots of thoughtful touches, generous tea and coffee supplies, bottle of water, clothes brushes, trouser press and ironing facilities, great for a special event! Peaceful setting in lush gardens. Fab breakfast, wide choice of food and all perfectly cooked. »

« Good accommodation, just needs a little updating. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. »

« What a strange place! turned into a vaccination centre which is fine but still taking bookings. Restaurant and bar are shut and not manned. The team at reception looks completely overwhelmed and disorganised but trying its best Quality food is mediocre and pricy. Lovely gym next door fully fitted and free of charge »

« We had to cancel our booking because our flight has been delayed arrived too late at gatwick to take our rental car. We had no way to go down to the hotel and the hotel refused the refund and did not even propose to use the night another time or in another holiday inn. Not commercial !!!! »

« it was fine but bed very small »

« We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay. »

« Parfait. Rien a redire.

« Comfy stay and very well-located with a fabulous breakfast - will be back! »

« Good size room with everything you need, really good breakfast »

« Accueil correct et enregistrement clair rapide et précis. »

« Super sejour »

« We had a twin room, but it was on the first floor, it would have been nice if there was one on the ground floor, apart from that the staff were just lovely and very helpful. the dining room was very spacious and food was tasty. In the breakfast room the staff were again very helpful and chatty, the kitchen was very open to changing the menu for different tastes. We loved it and will return. »
