Luxurious room in a deluxe flat-Muscat

It is a five-star flat which has a central AC and water heating system. The very modern stylish kitchen and living room are open to each other (European style). A key to the private guest room will be given. The main building access door is manned by a security guard and the guest will be provided by an access card to enter the building and the common area which has the swimming pool and other amenities. The access card will be given by me at the time of check-in and returned back after check-out.

The space is very quiet and so clean where the guest can sleep comfortably. The private room has a king bed size and the mattress stuffed with a very comfy topper to make the guest sleep easily with no hassle. The quality of mattress, blanket and bed sheet has been truly considered when the decision was made.

The dresser with mirror and hair dryer are also available with a small speaker where the guest can turn on songs/music whenever he/she would like. A wardrobe/closet is available is inside the room.

The private bathroom is very clean, tidy and all toiletries are provided including bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, tooth paste, tooth brush, soap and towels. Bath and swimming pool towels are both provided.

In the living room, for relaxation and to relieve all stress and fatigue, a very comfy massage chair is available for the guest. It is a Japanese brand which has various positions for the full and partial body massage. The chair can be connected to your mobile phone/iPad/tablet via bluetooth to run a music to make yourself more relax. You must experience it!

A smart TV is only available in the living room and it has Netflix subscription where you can enjoy watching different types of movies and series at any time.

A dining table is also there. You can cook your food in the kitchen and have it. Main utensils (pan, pot, plates, etc) are provided too.

Free fast Wi-fi access is available with no limit of data download.

Note: all facilities in the living room and kitchen are shared with the owner (myself) including the massage chair, smart TV and dining table.

Guest Access: a common swimming pool with a gorgeous night light is available in the building (located in the floor no.1) and an access card will be provided to the guest. The maximum swimming pool depth is 1.5m, there is also a dedicated area for kids to paddle in the water.

There is a room to change your clothes, toilet, and a place for having a shower. Swimming pool towels are provided to the guest. This common area is quiet at the most of the time particularly during the weekdays.

There is a kids play area adjacent to the swimming pool where kids can have fun and enjoy playing.

Also, guests can cook and make their dinner by using the stove for BBQ and grills which is available there.

This common shared area ( inlcuding swimming pool, kids play area and BBQ grills area) is accessible from 08:00 am to 09:00-09:30 pm during the weekdays amd from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm in the weekend.

Do you want to do some workouts amd keep yourself fit? No worries! A shared gym in the building is available amd located in the floor no.B3
