Reviewer Comments: We were only able to stay for two of the seven days, the resort was shutdown due to a tropical storm, they sent out an email stating that all service were closed and suggested we leave for our own safety. I contacted Garden City Realty and was to by a very rude agent that we would not be given any refund, I suggest you stay away from this company

It is an older condo but had new appliances and furniture. The bathrooms could use some updating but all in all we enjoyed it very much.

At one point we had to walk 7 flight down because the elevators were closed. Doors were locked a made it very unsafe, exercise room was closed .. pool was shut down.The HOA did not care about the guest!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have nothing at all negective to say about the condo. The property was under construction of it's pool. A nightmare!!! From early in the morning until around 5:00 pm noise. We had to walk back around the building for beach excess and no port a potty and no rinse off station for chair's, feet, cooler's etc. before going back to room. Everyone doesn't want to pee in the ocean which it was like ice water. Construction Nightmare!!! June 3rd-10 2023.

When I opened one of the packs the queen sheets in the pack fit much better. The floors were filthy. They have not been mopped in a long, long time. The light in washer/dryer area had a short and would come on and then go right back off. We enjoyed the TV and the recliners. I do not like just getting 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper. I would think paying this much to rent for a week you should get at least 4 of each. We enjoyed the ocean and pool area of course and the balcony.

Condensation dripped pit of vents and room smelled of smoke and the other stuff.The pool was dirty and the place is just run down.Was here once before in a different condo but this one has done us in and we'll go somewhere else.The rental company was excellent though fast and efficient.Dont go by pictures on this unit.
