It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with views to the outside and comfortable sofas, four spacious, comfortable and bright rooms with capacity for five people and two bathrooms.



On the outside, you will find several terraces, one of them located in the upper part of the villa with beautiful sea views, equipped with chill out furniture where you can relax. And on the other hand, you can enjoy the spacious garden, totally private, also equipped with outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy the warm temperatures of the island.



This is an ideal house to enjoy with children thanks to its spacious outdoor area and the ideal location in which it is situated, quiet and safe.



As previously mentioned, it is located in Playas de Muro, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants, in addition to the beautiful seafront promenade that runs practically throughout the municipality.



Check-in and check-out are flexible, as long as there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.



IMPORTANT: FROM 1 NOVEMBER TO 31 MARCH, ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.



-If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance. Nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
