Located on a traditional village street and with spectacular views, this four-bedroom house offers guests everything they may need to enjoy the life of a Majorcan village.



The house offers spectacular views of Alcudia Bay: Muro Beach and Can Picafort both from the bedrooms and from the entrance.

Access is through a hallway with a high wooden beam ceiling, the interior of the house has been finished to the highest level. The owners have used only the finest local materials.

The lounge, with stone walls is well furnished and has satellite television and high-speed wifi.

It gives access to the traditional kitchen, with stone, rustic in style but fully equipped.

The four bedrooms are beautifully furnished. Three of them offer double beds and impressive en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a bathroom with shower.

It has an upper terrace with informal seating, umbrella and views of the pool and patio.

On the ground floor there is a garden with a cosy pond surrounded by a lawn solarium.

The covered terrace area has an impressive wooden table, a freshwater well and sun loungers, a large barbecue and a summer kitchen, or second kitchen with beams and which can accommodate up to 12 people.
