Socias Playa is an exceptionally located property, with direct access to the stunning sandy beach of Playa de Muro and panoramic sea views. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces, this villa has been completely renovated and features the highest quality finishes, making it a holiday retreat.



The wide sliding doors allow natural light to flood the interior spaces, leading directly to the outdoor areas. On the terrace, equipped with an extensible pergola, table and chairs, you can enjoy pleasant outdoor meals while relaxing with views of the garden and the sea. A direct access takes you to the beach sand, ideal for families with children looking for comfort and safety in their environment.



In this villa, due to the regulations of the community area, barbecues are not allowed, which ensures a calm and respectful atmosphere for other residents.



Thanks to its excellent location, Socias Playa is a short distance from an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants, making it easy to access everything you need to enjoy your holiday.



Inside, the ground floor is characterised by a spacious living-dining room that offers a bright and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The large windows allow natural light to flood the space, and the sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfectly blending the interior with the outdoor environment. The American kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, allows you to prepare meals with total comfort without losing contact with others. Additionally, the ground floor has a practical guest cloakroom.



On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with access to a private terrace and en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and pleasant views. The other two double bedrooms share a complete bathroom, providing comfort and functionality for all guests.

Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
