The villa is entirely yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services, with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to make use of the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please. Our Hospitality team is a Shout out away but won't disturb your Villa lifestyle.
You can access each bedroom Villa Pavilion from the garden. Each Villa comes with its own key.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Bali is a tropical island and home to a wide variety of animals. Some of the most common animals in Bali are monkeys, shrews, lizards, birds, and marine life that are part of the natural beauty and diversity of the island. If you encounter them, you are not eligible for a refund. Please ask for assistance from my local team.
Also, we are proud to support Bali local service providers and have been working closely with excellent laundry services for years. If we were to buy a washing machine, this local service would lose a significant part of their business.
This is one of the many reasons why everybody loves Bali. Each small service provider receives support from the community, allowing everyone to live a good life.
