"We arrived early morning after a flight that arrived around midnight at Mumbai. The room we were given the first night on the second floor of their main building smelt musty and had traces of mould on the ceiling adjoining the bathroom. On complaining we were told that the smell would disappear with the air conditioning on. That not being the case we asked to change room in the morning which they obliged with no problem. The hotel provides a superb breakfast free of charge. Really well situated and within walking distance of numerous attractions notably Gateway of India, Crawford market etc plus restaurants. Personnel excellent and established . This is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel and I would definitely come back."

"The stay at IHG was fantastic , the property is very well located on Marine Drive. You can catch breathtaking sunset from the rooftop bar . There is also a pool on the rooftop. Room is very clean thanks to Datta service . The best asset in the hôtel is the staff. Reception was very helpful . And the best crew ison the breakfast . Always smiling and ready to help you. The dishes are great on order or buffet style. Great to start the day ! I will always choose this hôtel when i can to mumbai ."

"Bel emplacement. Personnel aux petit soins. Les chambres sont confortables mais un peu bruyantes surtout pour les plus chers c’est à dire celles qui ont vue sur mer. Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel a besoin d’un petit raffraichissement. "
