« It’s an older property but a good value. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. It did the job for staying in town for a wedding. It’s awesome to wake up in Cascade Locks. Such a beautiful area. »

My only issue was with the young host at the restaurant one evening, I think her name was Celi. Barely a greeting, barely any eye contact, curt, and short. No grace or sense of hospitality. « This was worth the drive from I-84. The breakfast was hot, had OJ, good coffee, real 1/2 and 1/2. The motel is being upgraded. There was lots of wear on the first room and it had the smell of some sort of perfume that made us both sick, like walking down the detergent aisle at Walmart, but the manager transferred us to a terrific upstairs room that we loved, especially for the value. »

« This was our first e experience at Under Canvas or any tent property. We loved it and I’m sure we will try another one of their campuses. The staff is amazing and totally willing to help with anything. The food was good. The best thing was the ambiance. We stayed in a stargazer tent and the stars did not disappoint. I even saw the Milky Way for the first time in years. »
