'Property across the street from beach. Saw a humpback whale playing in the water and watched the surfers. Nice pool on property as well when tired of salt waters. Easy walking distance to restaurants, clothing shops, and grocery store. Can walk a long distance of the coastline and never have to use your vehicle. Would highly recommend.'

'Hotel is an ideal place to stay. Rhonda the host is fantastic & will do anything to assist you. The room is very clean as is the pool with parking for each room.The hotel is a little way from the town but there is a nice river walk across the road that will take you there. Also a nice pub with good food to the left of the hotel across the bridge.'

'We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. Car parking was easy to access, and the hotel is in a lovely area with an easy bus ride or short drive into town. The homemade biscuits and friendship bracelets were such a sweet personal touch, and the reception team gave fantastic recommendations for things...

'Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet and pleasant rooms. Location was really good. Rates were great. Only issue was the air conditioner was old, noisy and didn’t work properly. Overall a great motel in the heart of Maroochydore, definitely worth a stay.'
