Emerald Gypsy Skoolie.... a Quirky Chic School Bus

Welcome to the Emerald Gypsy, a cool but funky School Bus Conversion! Looking for a quirky but cool getaway? This glamping-mobile is thoughtfully designed to offer you an instagram-worthy experience that you'll remember long after your trip to the Ozarks is over.

What we provide-

~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided
~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal)

~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout

~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie

~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee

~No loud noise or parties

~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper

Cancellation Policy
85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Snuggle on the comfy full size memory foam bed with a good book or roast marshmallows in the fire pit after a full day exploring the local hiking trails. Skoolie offers all the "glamping" comforts- a full memory foam bed, pull-out couch, well-equipped kitchenette, and shower/toilet bathroom (like you'd find in a camper). Wifi, smart tv, bluetooth speaker, games, and firepit too!

Skoolie is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, conveniently located between town square and Blanchard Caverns. Other houses are visible from the bus.

GPS will lead you astray. Please use the turn by turn directions provided at booking to reach the Skoolie.

Rental Rules

~Primary guest must be age 25 or older

~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM

~No Smoking in or near the Cabin

~Dogs are allowed, with Pet Fee

~No loud noise or parties

~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed

~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing

~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.
Pet Rules:
*Please clean up after your dog.
*Please do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. Many of our homes are located near residential neighborhoods, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
*Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
*Please don’t leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
*Please ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up-to-date, especially flea treatment.
