'I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. 'Upon arriving, we found that the sheets on the bed were stained within, called the front desk and ask for a new set of sheets. The front desk person asked me to go into the back linen room. He then gave me the linens to remake the bed told me to go make it myself. We went upstairs, so we just wanted to go to bed for the night started to make the bed and realize it’s the sheets that were given to us again we’re also stained at that point we left ended up not staying the rest of our night'

'My room was very dirty with gross stains and spills on the quilt. Bathtub/shower had 3 different types of hair- NONE were mine I had to clean the shower before I could take a shower. 'First of all, although we decided the night before to go to Iowa City to visit family, I was happy that there was a room available on the Fourth of July. The front desk person was very nice and of course that's very important. The hotel smells of cigarette smoke and It seems to be in the carpet, etc perhaps because of the years when smoking was allowed in the hotel. I reserved two rooms.
