« It is a great location, but I will say this particular condo doesnât offer much more for the price. It is extremely outdated, dirty, reeks of smoke from the wood burning fire place (and not the normal smell, but clearly someone has used it incorrectly). Towels were dirty, the carpet is in need of replacing (it looks like the carpet color is âstainedâ), the counters in the kitchen are peeling, and it was just overall dirty and unkempt. For the price point of this condo, I would expect upkeep and...
