Violation of this policy, including hosting a party, unauthorized gathering, or exceeding the approved number of guests, may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Additionally, alcohol may not be served to anyone under the age of 21 under any circumstances. If we discover that alcohol is being served to anyone under 21, or that any other house rules are being violated, guests may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
