Staffs were very non-challant, pool price was high when the pool is super crowded, jacuzzi not working and hammam not functioning as well.. Front desk staff were non-challant about these things. Total price and reputation of the hotel did not reflect the experience we had at all. Room were very good but that was the only positive of the stay.. Overall was very pricey and you are not informed about the high prices of the swimming pool which looked like a municipality common pool...

Tout était très bien, le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien fourni et bon. Seul défaut, la qualité du café qui étais indigne d’un hôtel comme celui-ci et encore plus indigne d’un hôtel en Italie, pays dont la tradition et l’importance du café est énorme

Unique hotel which provides a special experience. Former parfum factory and this theme comes back in the room. Good restaurant but during an event the service level and food quality dropped far below par. Restaurant staff didn t do much about our complaint, but reception staff solved the issue and cancelled the bill. End good, all good.
