« Charged a deposit for my dog when its pet friendly and then when I checked out Chris stated the money was put back into my card 5 days later nothing yet I call and the person that answers says the room was not left as is!!!! "AS IS " literally did everything but wash the damn linens the time ive stayed with Red Roof ive never have been asked for a deposit for my pet!!! »

« We were given the wrong wifi password by the evening employee so not able to use it. The bathroom was not cleaned very well,hairs in the tub and on the floor. The rest of the room appeared clean. Did not try the breakfast. »

« Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will...

« If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. My husband got stuck in the bathroom because the panel of the door was coming undone. It is my fault I chose to ignore these smaller problems, but I...

« Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money! »
