The Brisa y Mar Apartment is located on the beachfront in a charming fishing village on the Costa Tropical of Granada. Thanks to its subtropical microclimate, Calahonda enjoys more than 320 days of sunshine a year, with pleasant temperatures all year round.



In summer, you can enjoy the communal pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09) and the beach just 50 metres away, without having to cross any road. In winter, the mild climate allows you to stroll by the sea, go diving or even combine beach and skiing in Sierra Nevada (1 hour and 30 minutes by car) on the same day, always under the sun.



Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4, the apartment is on the first floor of a quiet, family-friendly residence, with street access via a ramp, without stairs.
