In the basement, you’ll find a leisure and relaxation zone featuring a gym, pool table, comfortable sofa, and TV. From here, a hallway with stairs leads to the right into a wellness room with a sauna, hydromassage tub, and a private bathroom. To the left, it connects to a storage area and opens out into the garden with a hydromassage pool.

The first floor hosts a charming taverna with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy fireplace. A spacious terrace with a stunning view of the pool and Motovun is accessible from this area, making it perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.

On the second floor, you'll find a bright and airy living room with access to another terrace, a modern kitchen, a guest toilet, and a bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. This level also serves as the villa’s main entrance.
