'Clean and easy stay.'

'It is an older facility but very clean . We stayed there to see the ARC. It was very close that we walked to the ARC from our room. The owners were very nice and helpful. They provide a continental breakfast.'

'Excellent value, compact but very comfy and lovely room, really good breakfast. Excellent cleanliness, very good location. Front desk staff very helpful and kind, we were moved immediately to different room upon finding out previous guest has smoked in the place we were located first. Highly recommended.'

'Quick drive to the airport. You can not use their airport shuttle if you book on Expedia or third party app. But other than that it was a nice hotel'

'They were fast getting a little problem fixed quickly. The staff was cordial .And if in that area again would chose this location to stay. Very close to the Ark Encounter and gas station across the street. To me, that made it easy and not having to do excess driving. Had no issues with parking and they were nice to accommodate me due to some issues in health and we were able to get a low level room. Breakfast was good.'

'Fire alarm went off at 11pm, staff had no control of this but it was an eventful night, keeping our 4 month old up the remainder of the night, also we had gotten bed bugs from the location, woke up with little red dots all over us. Waiting for a call back from the manager in the morning.'

'Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. Exercise room was spacious with good equipment. There were no wipes for the equipment that would be helpful for the future'

'Rooms were adequately clean, beds comfy and large. Plenty of room for a single person to get around. Staff cares about everyone including pets.'

'The hotel is fine, just not very clean. The linens in our first room were dirty and there was a large stain on the chair. We asked to change rooms and they did change it with no problem. We had a 3 night reservation and only stayed 1 night just because it was pretty dirty. We ended up staying at the Spring Hill suites around the corner for our remaining 2 nights. I will say the staff were very friendly.'

'I mistakenly left a laptop bag at breakfast and the staff kept it for me until I returned that evening. I am very impressed with the facility and the staff. Centrally located for Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.'

'Airport shuttle was great, courtesy phone at the airport so easy, shuttle there in less than 7 minutes, staff helpful especially Sephora who not only covered reception but took us to the airport to get the local bus downtown almost every day as we were there 6 days, and she was so complimentary to me.
