'One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. 'We always wanted to stay here and now we have! The views and campus were absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious. The room was quaint but not sure worth the luxury price. Air conditioner was a little loud which I guess helped quiet the talking at the bar since our room was close to it. Ice machine was outside and there is no elevator if you are older and need that. 'It was beautiful land and quiet. Staff very pleasant. Room was ok but only one bottle of water. No times available at spa, food was ok but very over priced, need more options for food, especially breakfast. No pool, no jacuzzi… WiFi was inconsistent.'
