Ride your ATV, side by side, or Snowmobile directly from the house to hundreds of miles of trails. Access is across the street from the home at Little Brevort Lake Access.

The home is also conveniently located to everything the Upper Peninsula has to offer. The quaint town of St. Ignace is just a 15 minute drive to the east.
