'We’re so happy to stay in Shangrila Mactan Cebu, Good buffet breakfast, complimentary Snorkeling Safari was fun, all the staff were all friendly & courteous. Nice clean beachfront & pools. Restaurants services were great. I really appreciate the help of Account Sales Manager that she go above & beyond to help us book a good deal for extended 1 night stay. We definitely comeback .'

'I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a restful stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!'

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'

'Not happy about this condo style rent accommodation for my intired stay I had no water kettle,fridge not working properly,power cutting off early as 9am till 8 pm in one acasion.hostanagement never care of your needs I had to put up using my bath towel for my entire 7 nights stay Lenin no spare use one linen lightning bulb some not working.this kind of service worth $5 day so to speak.never again stay on this so called condo I'm rather stay in the hotel .good sorounding perfect area for...

'Bathroom dirty, owner unable to reach, no WiFi/TV, no shower curtain, and the one positive a nice view, is obscured by dirty windows and bird poop on the balcony. '

'The room was clean with a view. The floor on shower gets flooded when you take shower as there is no gap to prevent water from going into the floor. My stay did not come with breakfast'

'DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Everything was terrible. They sent is to the wrong building twice for check-in (dragging kids and luggage from building to building.). Rooms don’t match description, shower flooded, rooms too small for luggage, room unprepared upon arrival, non-functional internet, broken cabinets, thin and worn out mismatched towels, and a collection of 10 keys all put together without annual labels, apparently one for each cabinet, bathroom, entry, etc. I mean this place was terrible...

'This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. '
