CLEANING / DISINFECTION PRACTICES: The screened in wrap-around lanai means we can air everything out while we do a thorough cleaning/sanitizing.

SECURITY CAMERAS: We have one outdoor actively recording camera overlooking the front driveway towards the street that records video. There is a second outdoor actively recording camera that aims at the dock structure and kayak/paddleboard rack that records video. We use this camera to monitor the watersports equipment only (to assure equipment is secure). This camera CAN NOT view the hot tub, deck or anywhere towards the house past the beach.
