You`ll find a private bedroom featuring a comfy queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night`s sleep. In the separate living room, the sofa pulls out into another bed, making it easy to accommodate up to four guests in total. You`ll also appreciate the fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected, whether it`s for work, streaming, or just planning your next Montréal adventure. There’s a Smart TV too, so you can log into your favourite streaming services and unwind.
The full kitchen is ready for action, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and all the basics you`d need to whip up meals.

It’s a pretty laid-back, residential area known for its green spaces, family-friendly vibe, and a bit more breathing room than downtown. This is a good spot if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, but still want easy access to everything you need.
While it`s more residential, you`re not far from local amenities. There are a few shopping centers within a short drive where you can find grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mix of casual restaurants and cafes. You`ll find places for a quick coffee or a family dinner without going too far. For some fresh air, there are parks around, great for a walk or letting the kids burn off some energy.
Pierrefonds generally feels very safe and quiet, with friendly neighbors. It’s a popular area for families and offers a calm atmosphere if you`re looking for a peaceful stay outside the immediate downtown core.
Getting around from Rue Bibeau in Pierrefonds is easiest with a car, but there are public transit options too.
Public Transit: While you`re not right next to a metro station, you are served by local bus routes. Key bus lines run nearby and can connect you to the Sunnybrooke train station (REM line). From Sunnybrooke, the REM (Réseau express métropolitain) offers a quick train ride into downtown Montréal, usually taking about 20-30 minutes. So, while it takes a bit to get to the train, once you`re on, it`s a direct shot.
Parking: This is a big plus here! You get one included parking spot, which is fantastic and takes a load off your mind, especially if you`re driving in or renting a car. Parking in the West Island is generally easier than downtown, and having your own spot means zero stress about finding a place for your vehicle.
Walkability: The immediate area around Rue Bibeau is residential, so it`s good for a walk around the block. However, for groceries, restaurants, or cafes, you`ll likely want to drive or take a bus. It`s not a highly walkable neighborhood in terms of amenities being right on your doorstep.
Bikeability: Montréal is a pretty bike-friendly city, and Pierrefonds has some cycling paths, particularly along the waterfronts of the Rivière des Prairies and Lac Saint-Louis. While Rue Bibeau itself might be more for local traffic, you can find pleasant routes for recreational cycling if you venture out a bit.
Proximity to Major Roads/Downtown: You`re well-situated for car travel. Major arteries like Autoroute 40 (Trans-Canada Highway) and Autoroute 13 are just a short drive away, making it easy to connect to other parts of Montréal, Laval, or even head towards the airport (YUL). Driving downtown usually takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. If you`re heading to the airport, it`s roughly a 15-20 minute drive.
✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.
✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.
✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.
✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
